V M G MAYURESAN (Mayur), Director

Mayur is a non-executive Director on the board of the company.  He currently serves as the General Manager (Corporate Strategy) at Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Limited.  His strong aptitude in the functions of Corporate Strategy, Finance Planning and Corporate Governance adds a strong dimension to the board of H&S.   An MBA graduate from Pittsburgh State University, he has 5+ years of corporate working experience. 

On the board of H&S, Mayur serves as the guide for the company in terms of ensuring highest levels of corporate governance, compliance and transparency, both in terms of statutory requirements and potential investor requisites.
